When we fail, we need to face it. Most of the people decided to run. How? Hanging, of course. This is a problem. One thing to remember: Everyone is tested based on their capabilities, so all of us has the strength. We just need to find it.
I have 3 tips in facing failures.
1. Keep calm
Everytime we fail, take a deep breath. The most common mistake is when people change the depression (due to the failure) into anger. This is a state when they start to yell and scold other people. This bad behaviour will make others hate them. From this, a lot of other problems will rise. So, take a deep breath and take some time to recover.
2. Remind ourselves that we are good enough
I. When we fail in something, look for other things that we are good at. For example, in my school, if I fail in academics but I strive in cocurriculums, I am excellent enough. I have a reason to continue my study in that particular school. I still have a hope to excel in the future.
II. When we fail in something, always bear in mind that there are other people out there who experience greater failures compared to us. We are not the worst ones. Be grateful.
3. Stay in the present
As time flies, failure is our history. Don't let it hampers your movement towards a better future. Stay in the present. Remind ourselves that every breath is a blessing. Every blessing is a chance. A chance to act. An act to change. A change to be better. Physically, mentally and spiritually.
